Llys y Gegin

Llys y Gegin is situated on Caradoc Road in Prestatyn, on the site of the former Bodnant School canteen, and will be home to four, one-bedroom apartments for social rent.

These low carbon homes, which will be built, and certified to the energy-efficient Passivhaus standard, are part of the Council’s target to secure the provision 170 new council homes by 2022. The construction of the homes is being part funded by the Welsh Government’s Innovative Housing Programme.
