Managing your tenancy

We are here to help you manage your tenancy and understand the importance of your tenancy agreement. We are responsible for making sure we invest in your home and that it is in a good condition and maintains the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).

As a tenant, you are responsible for:

• paying your rent  and other charges on time    
• looking after your home and garden
• acting in a reasonable way so as not to upset other people living near you
• more information is in your tenancy agreement
