Council tenants are building a strong community at a newly finished Rhyl housing development. Denbighshire Housing recently held an event for Llys Elizabeth tenants to help them meet their new neighbours and also chat to staff about their new homes at the former tax office.

Tenants move into new Rhyl homes

Work has been completed on a development of new Council homes in Rhyl. Denbighshire Housing has received the keys to Llys Elizabeth which was the former tax office in the town. Tenants are beginning to move into the new development this week which is designed to support living accommodation for people aged 55 and over.
