In a recent survey, 90% of you said you were happy with overall quality of your home and 89% said you were satisfied with the way that we deal with repairs and maintenance. We want to continue to strive to raise the standards of our properties and our services.

We are responsible for repairing and maintaining the structure of our homes, while you are responsible for minor repairs, but we may be able to help if you are over 60 years of age, or if you are disabled.
